Lavender and lace birthday card

I finally took a bit of time out from housework etc. and did a little bit of colouring with my Promarkers.  Any cards I've made recently have been done in a rush and so I've been   using various toppers and die-cut squares, but its nice to just make a card for the fun of it every now and then.  I used the Sweet Stop sketch for the layout and the 'Lavender and Lace' theme came from this weeks Allsorts challenge - I'd better get it linked up or it will be too late to enter!  The stamp is from LOTV and the darker lavender coloured card is from SU, but the lighter one is just a piece from my scraps pile I'm trying to use up.  The flower was made using a Doohickey die and the lace is from a big long roll in my stash!

  2. So pleased you were able to get this card into the challenge this week at the Sweet Stop Sketch challenge because it is just gorgeous. What a darling image, which you have coloured to perfection, and the soft lavender shades are beautiful. Love your lace and pretty flower! Thanks for playing with us this week! Hugs, Ann SSS
