WOYWW 216

Not so much what's on my desk this week, as what's on my chair!! Whiskers has taken over but is not making much of an attempt at crafting!  My desk is a mess as I've been tidying my craft room and I've just piled up all the stuff still to be sorted, on the sides of my desk.  In the centre are a few decoupage toppers I've been putting together and the shaped card to the left was when I was just trying out a new large die from Go Kreate - I have discovered I can now make my own shaped cards on my Big Kick machine!  Julia has posted early this week - so to see all the other desks, look HERE!
PS - Thanks to all those who gave advice on my sewing machine troubles last week - I tried all the advice - cleaned out the fluff, oiled it, changed the needle, adjusted the tension etc and it does seem to be working a bit better now!

    Is that a dog sitting on your chair or a wedding veil? I have heard the big kick is great but am yet to meet one

    Oh Bernice, I love your little puddy tat!! He seems like he is very settled on your chair, you might have a fight to get it back lol! Glad that you were able to get your sewing machine going again, they can be as temperamental as a computer. I am sure they have their own life force lol!! Happy WOYWW.

    This is a nice angle at which to actually see your desk - pretty slim drawers and a nice chunk of wood to boot - lovely. For a minute there I thought you had two puss cats!

    Glad to hear you got your machine working better. I'm moving into a new craft room, and I have been trying to organize my stuff. Organizing gives me anxiety. I will have every box out on the floor and a giant mess trying to organize. So I usually avoid it. Wish i felt as relaxed as your cat looks.     your cat looks very comfortable on your chair and your desk shows that he has been busy when you have not been looking.
    How great is it that you have found a way to make your own shaped cards I always think they look so much nicer.

    LOL! One of my cats has chosen my chair at my craft station as well. Everytime I want to craft, I have to remove her ;) And then she will be laying under my chair instead ;)

    My male cat loves my craft chair too, however he doesn't get a chance to sit on it much as I have to keep the door shut when I am not in there as his sister likes to steal things....lol. I am pleased to hear you had some luck with your sewing issues too! Happy WOYWW! Danie #74

    Now that's a crazy cat, already covered in fur it chooses to snuggle up to a fur cushion during a heatwave!! There's a point with a big tidy where it looks really bad and suddenly it's all clear. Hope you reach the clear stage soon!
