I have been MIA these last couple of weeks - still making some cards etc, but just haven't had time to get them photographed and onto the blog. I've also been getting started on the sample textiles items for my creative crafts class - a carrier bag tidy, a pocket tissue holder and the other bag thing is supposed to be toiletries bag but I think its just the right size for my scarf knitting! The girls in school have now finished making a felt needle case and one of the wee tissue holders. Next they will probably do a carrier bag holder then a little bit of crochet and knitting before deciding on their final items. I think I'll maybe have to buy some more of the cupcake fabric - I have lots of ideas of things you could make with it. I like to do lots of sewing when I've all the stuff out. The cat likes to play with the bobbins and spools of thread - she had the furniture in the dining area and conservatory all tied up last night! I'm a part time teacher, married for over 23 years and Mum to Hannah and Nathan. I dabble in most crafts and have been making cards for about 15 years now. I'm a big fan of Stampin Up, Lili of the Valley and Magnolia products. I also make wedding stationery and sell my cards in a local craft shop to help school funds.
