WOYWW 358

A busy desk this week - I am working on making a cover for a notebook - another Gorjuss girl.  I was really sorry the SU alcohol markers were retired as they have a really good set of reds - I could never manage to do the shading properly with my Promarker reds. The door hanger is a little project I did with the children in school yesterday - the other side is a daytime scene and says Welcome or else their names on it.  Visit the other work desks on Julia's blog HERE.

    Such a sweet image that is Bernice! And ain't it annoying when stores/brands retire?!! I have been searching for replacements of specific brands several times and several materials... good luck finding 'good reds'. Happy woyww and a hug from Holland! Marit #26

    Hi berenice, I so agree with you about the Promarker Reds. They are all too dark in my opinion- nothing different in them to get a good blend. Glad it's not just me!Have a great week, Hugs, Shaz #3 xxx

    Nice coloring. I could never get my SU alcohol markets to work as well as my Copics. I guess I never got the hang of them.

    I love the Gorjuss girls. I think I've said that before lol. I have a lot of paper to use from Gorjuss. I think I went a little overboard. Oh and I think I might have another cross stitch as well.

    Red really is a difficult one to colour. I use the oddest combination of Copics, but it works for me.

    Love your little girls! So precious!! It is hard finding replacements when you get used to a certain brand or color.
